co33 Terms & Conditions — Your Rights and Responsibilities

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between co33 ("we", "us", "the Platform") and any individual ("you", "the Player", "the User") who accesses, registers on, or uses the co33 website located at https://co33.io and all associated services. By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the co33 platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the co33 platform immediately.

1 Acceptance of Terms

1.1 By accessing the co33 platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with the co33 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the platform. These documents collectively form the entire agreement between you and co33.

1.2 co33 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Notice of material changes will be posted on the co33 website. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

1.3 These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail in all circumstances.

2 Eligibility

2.1 To register and use co33, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This is a strict minimum and is non-negotiable.
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) accessing the platform for personal entertainment purposes.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person in relation to any wagering activity on co33.
• You are not currently subject to any self-exclusion order placed with co33 or any other gambling operator.
• You have not previously had a co33 account closed for breach of these Terms.
• Participating in online gambling is not prohibited under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction.

2.2 co33 conducts age and identity verification for all accounts. Verification is performed using National ID documents issued by the Government of Bangladesh. Players who fail to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe requested by co33 will have their accounts suspended and any pending withdrawals placed on hold until verification is complete.

2.3 co33 does not accept registrations from individuals located in jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited. It is each player's sole responsibility to determine whether their participation in online gambling is legal in their location. co33 accepts no liability for players who breach local laws by using the platform.

3 Account Registration and Security

3.1 Each individual is permitted to hold a maximum of one (1) co33 account. The existence of multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether identified by name, National ID number, payment method, device fingerprint, IP address, or any combination thereof — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. co33 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and, at its sole discretion, to forfeit balances held in those accounts.

3.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any third party. co33 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to keep credentials secure.

3.3 All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and current. You must notify co33 promptly of any changes to your registered details, including your mobile number and payment account details. Providing false information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

3.4 co33 implements two-factor SMS authentication as an additional layer of account security. Players are strongly encouraged to enable this feature at all times. co33 will not be responsible for account compromises where two-factor authentication was available but not enabled by the player.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 All deposits and withdrawals on co33 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). co33 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion required is the sole responsibility of the player.

4.2 The following payment methods are accepted by co33 for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Available payment methods may vary and are subject to change without prior notice.

4.3 The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit set by co33 by default; however, individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits, and co33 will observe those limits.

4.4 Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used for a deposit into the same co33 account or to a verified account held in the same name as the co33 account. co33 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

4.5 Before co33 processes a player's first withdrawal, full identity verification (KYC) must be completed. This requires submission of a government-issued National ID and, where requested, proof of the payment method used for deposits. Processing of KYC documents typically takes between 24 and 72 hours following submission of a complete and legible document set.

4.6 Withdrawal processing times are typically 2–3 hours for mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) during Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6) business hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days. co33 reserves the right to extend processing times during periods of high transaction volume or where additional verification is required.

4.7 co33 does not charge a platform-side fee for standard deposits or withdrawals. Players should be aware that their payment provider may apply its own fees, which are outside co33's control.

4.8 co33 reserves the right to reverse or decline any deposit or withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms. In such cases, co33 may hold funds pending investigation and may report the matter to relevant authorities.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 co33 may offer bonuses, free bets, enhanced odds promotions, cashback offers, and other incentive programmes to players from time to time. All such offers are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, which supplement and form part of these Terms.

5.2 Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, all bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement of 30x the combined bonus and deposit amount before any withdrawal may be made. Wagering requirements must be completed within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited to the account.

5.3 Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, video poker, and certain table games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Full contribution rates for each game category are published in the co33 Promotions section.

5.4 Bonuses are intended for individual recreational play only. Any attempt to systematically exploit bonus structures through coordinated account activity, the use of multiple accounts, or any other method determined by co33 to constitute "bonus abuse" will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonus amounts and associated winnings, and may result in account closure.

5.5 co33 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled after a player has already fulfilled the qualifying conditions, co33 will honour any bonus already credited but reserves the right not to credit further bonuses under the cancelled promotion.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 All bets placed on co33 are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport, market, or casino game. These rules are published within the relevant game or betting market interface and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

6.2 Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled, reversed, or amended by the player. co33 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, due to technical malfunction, or where odds or game outcomes were incorrectly displayed due to a system error. In the event of a void bet, the stake is returned to the player's account.

6.3 In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of any sporting event or casino game, the official result published by the relevant governing body (for sports) or the certified RNG system log (for casino games) shall be the definitive source used by co33 to settle the bet.

6.4 co33 reserves the right to restrict the maximum stake or maximum payout on any market or game at any time and without prior notice, at its sole discretion.

6.5 co33 uses certified random number generators (RNGs) for all casino games. RNGs are independently audited, and return-to-player (RTP) percentages are published per game. co33 does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.

7 Prohibited Conduct

7.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the co33 platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or any alias.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete identity information.
• Using the co33 platform for any form of money laundering or the processing of proceeds of crime.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting market.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any corrupt manipulation of sporting events.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to gain an unfair advantage over other players or over the platform.
• Exploiting software errors, system glitches, or pricing errors for financial gain without notifying co33.
• Accessing the co33 platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, using VPNs, proxies, or other technologies to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abusive language, or threatening behaviour toward co33 staff or other players.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the underlying source code of the co33 platform.

7.2 co33 employs a range of fraud-detection and anti-money-laundering (AML) systems to monitor account activity. Where prohibited conduct is detected, co33 will take immediate action including, but not limited to: account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to law enforcement authorities where legally required.

8 Intellectual Property

8.1 All content on the co33 platform — including but not limited to the co33 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game assets, and data — is the property of co33 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the co33 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. No other rights are granted. You may not reproduce, redistribute, publish, sell, or create derivative works based on any co33 content without express prior written consent from co33.

9 Privacy and Data Protection

9.1 co33 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is published at https://co33.io/privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the co33 platform, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

9.2 co33 will not sell or disclose your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. co33 may share data with identity verification providers, payment processors, and regulatory authorities where required to do so by law or these Terms.

10 Limitation of Liability

10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, co33's total liability to any player for any claim arising from use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 12 months immediately preceding the claim.

10.2 co33 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or loss of data, arising from use of or inability to use the co33 platform, even if co33 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10.3 co33 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond co33's reasonable control may result in temporary service interruptions. co33 will use commercially reasonable efforts to restore service promptly in such events.

11 Account Termination

11.1 Players may close their co33 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, co33 will process any verified pending withdrawals of legitimate funds before closing the account. Bonus balances that have not met the applicable wagering requirement will be forfeited upon account closure at the player's request.

11.2 co33 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of: breach of these Terms, failure to complete identity verification, prolonged inactivity (accounts with no login for 12 consecutive months), or receipt of a court order or regulatory direction requiring account closure.

11.3 Where an account is closed by co33 due to a breach of these Terms, co33 reserves the right to forfeit the entire account balance. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to player misconduct (e.g., co33 exiting the Bangladesh market), co33 will return verified legitimate balances to the player's last verified payment method.

12 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

12.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which co33 holds its international gaming licence. Nothing in this clause affects the statutory consumer rights available to players under the laws of Bangladesh.

12.2 In the event of any dispute between a player and co33, the player must first contact co33 support at [email protected] and allow co33 a minimum of 14 business days to attempt to resolve the matter internally before pursuing any external remedies.

12.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process described in clause 12.2, the parties agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration body under co33's licensing jurisdiction. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.

13 Amendments to These Terms

13.1 co33 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they significantly affect player rights or obligations — co33 will provide at least 14 days' advance notice via a notice published on the co33 website and, where practicable, via email notification to affected account holders.

13.2 Your continued use of the co33 platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the co33 platform and contact support to close your account before the amended Terms take effect.
